One Touch limited company was founded in March 1999 in Mombasa Kenya. It started as a general trading company for various commodities and services. 

The continuous innovations to meet customer needs saw the tea division of the company was established in 2005.

The company’s enterprising spirit of quality and value creation is the cornerstone for delivering the promise to our clients in the local, regional, and global markets.

Our Value Addition Processes

The major processes of the company are: from pre-order samples, the tea tasters assess quality carefully by organoleptic procedures to select the teas on offer. The bulk tea is then Purchased from our network of reliable suppliers, perform quality procedures of raw material, sensory evaluation and analysis for any contaminants. Delivered ingredients are subjected to the most stringent quality control inspection for acceptance/rejection in accordance with our documented set of high standards.

The ingredients are blended using well-guarded secret formulae. The blended products are packed in innovatively designed packages.

OTL uses best practices in planning for purchases of its ingredients for value addition. Suppliers that share the same values with OTL are evaluated and selected.  Raw materials are sourced from different regions of the country and in the world taking into account the unique attributes that different geographical regions impact on the qualities of our ingredients. Our special taste of a blend of Teamaster Brand is therefore a combination of the best floral/flavor, strength in taste and color attributes. Value addition processes of blending, packaging, and labeling for final distribution are done under according to customer requirements under strict quality control.
